We work exclusively with service-based entrepreneurs earning under $100K/year who are ready to simplify their financial systems and commit to clarity. That means:

• You're willing to ditch your old tools and habits and adopt our proven bookkeeping setup

• You’ll follow the onboarding steps quickly and respond to requests without delay

• You're not just checking a box. You’re committed to using financial visibility to make smarter business decisions

• Most importantly: you want to work with us, not just get something for free

If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you. But if you're slow to reply, resistant to change, or not planning to use your reports to guide decisions, this isn’t the right fit.

We run a tight system and if you go dark or stall the process, we’ll respectfully remove you from the program. You’re welcome to reapply when you’re ready to move forward with intention.

Once you're approved, we’ll set up your personal onboarding portal. Inside, you’ll find clear, step-by-step instructions to get your bookkeeping system up and running.

This portal will walk you through:

• Setting up QuickBooks Online

• Connecting your accounts the right way

• Granting us access to begin your books

• Integrating with our tech stack

We’ve made this process as simple and streamlined as possible. But it only works if you follow through.

You’ll have 2 business days to complete the onboarding steps. If you delay or go dark, we’ll remove you from the program and open the spot to another founder.

You’re always welcome to reapply when you’re ready to take action.

This is how we protect the system and your momentum.

Once you’re fully onboarded, we’ll take it from there.

We’ll close the books on your two most recent months. This gives you immediate insight into where your business stands and a clean slate to build from.

• Month 1 delivered by 7 days max

• Month 2 delivered by 5 days after month end max

You’ll receive clear, reconciled financials formatted for clarity, not confusion.

Our goal is simple: give you reliable data quickly. So you can make better decisions, not just file things for tax season.

After we close your books, you’ll receive a beautiful, insight-driven financial report to show you what clean books can do. This is where most founders realize what they’ve been missing.

From there, you have a decision to make:

• If the clarity clicks and you want ongoing reports, visuals, and insights you can upgrade to our Reporting Package where we will continue to provide you clarity on your financials. Bookkeeping remains free.

• If you’re not ready, that’s okay too. We’ll show you how to pull reports in QuickBooks yourself and offboard you with clean books in hand.

This program is meant to spark momentum, not hold you back. But if you’re not going to use the clarity, it’s not a fit.
